from Bolaoo.
How to Request Account Deletion
Step 1: Send Email Request
Send an email to shunyasoft0@gmail.com with the following information:
- Subject Line: "Account Deletion Request - Bolaoo"
- Your registered email address
- Your driver phone number
- Brief reason for account deletion (optional)
Step 2: Verification
We will verify your identity and send a confirmation email within 48 hours.
Step 3: Confirmation
Once verified, we will process your deletion request and send a final confirmation email.
Data Deletion Information
The following data will be permanently deleted:
- Personal Information (name, email, phone number)
- Vehicle Information
- Driver's License Information
- Ride History
- Profile Pictures
Data Retention Period:
- Account data will be deleted within 30 days of request confirmation
- Backup data will be deleted within 90 days
- Some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes as required by local laws
